  • Virtual Tour - A fully interactive virtual tour will be set up on-line to help prospective buyers see your home before visiting.
  • Home Warranty - Your home will be marketed with a HomeLife 1 year warranty.
  • Domain Name - Your property will get a dedicated url.  www.youraddress.com
  • E-mail Top Area Agents -  An e-mail informing the area's top real estate professionals of the new listing will be sent along with a link to the virtual tour. 
  • Website - Your property will be listed on my website www.sellwithsteven.com, in addition, your listing will appear on over 200 agent websites via our handshake agreements.
  • On-line advertising - All Listings will be advertised on-line in as many places possible including but not limited to Craig's List and Google Base.
  • Open House -  Open Houses can be arranged in order to attract prospective buyers
  • Multiple Listing Service - Your property will be marketed on the Toronto MLS network and mls.ca.
  • Staging - As your representative, I will make recommendations on staging of your home for optimum showing.
  • Communication - We will be in regular contact on all aspects of selling your home.  If you have any questions or concerns, I will be available to assist. 
  • E-mail Statistics - You will receive statistics on how often your home is viewed on-line. 
  • Seller Log in - You will be given access to your on-line listings and be able to see all statistics at your convenience.
  • Comprehensive Market Analysis - A detailed evaluation of your area will be completed to evaluate your homes value.
  • Pricing Strategy - After determining the properties value, a plan will be developed for the pricing of your property.
  • Receive Offers - As your representative, I will receive all offers on the property and present them to you.
  • Negotiating to Sell - I will negotiate any counteroffers, and will advise you of all terms involved in the offer.
  • Qualify buyers - I will attempt to see how qualified all potential buyers are, to avoid disappointment later.
  • Closing - I will  oversee any last-minute items right up to the closing of your transaction, including help in co-ordinating the move.
