Are you a first time home buyer or looking to upgrade? No matter at which stage of your real estate life you are in, I can help you.  Client service is the most important thing, and when you hire me as your Realtor, you get the following service. 
  • Determine Needs - As your representative I will be available to meet with you, at a location of your choice,  to determine and assess your needs.  As your agent I can help you focus on areas such as: location,  type of property, size, number of bedrooms, washrooms, etc.
  • Pre- Qualification - As your representative,  I am able to refer you to a minimum of three mortgage brokers in order to obtain pre-approval on your mortgage.  Pre-approved mortgages will assist me in determining your price range for the property search. 
  • Home Search  - MLS will be searched for properties meeting your critera and appointments will be made to view these homes.
  • Present Offers - I will act as your representative and present all offers either in person or by fax that you deem appropriate.
  • Negotiating- I will negotiate any counter offers and advise you on all terms and conditions in the offer.
  • Home Warranty - Your home will have a HomeLife 1 year warranty added for your protection.
  • Home Inspection - You will be refered to a minimum of 3 home inspectors.  After choosing your home inspector, I will be your representative during the inspection.
  • Pre-close - During this time I will look after the lifting of conditions, assist with the move  and provide pre-closing consulting.
  • Post- Closing - Arranging to recieve Keys, post-close walk through to make sure everything is okay with the home.
  • The Brick - You will receive a discount certificate, good for 1 year at the Brick Furniture store.
