Determine Needs - As your representative I will be available to meet with you, at a location of your choice, to determine and assess your needs. As your agent I can help you focus on areas such as: location, type of property, size, number of bedrooms, washrooms, etc.

Pre- Qualification - As your representative, I am able to refer you to a minimum of three mortgage brokers in order to obtain pre-approval on your mortgage. Pre-approved mortgages will assist me in determining your price range for the property search.
Home Search - MLS will be searched for properties meeting your critera and appointments will be made to view these homes.
Present Offers - I will act as your representative and present all offers either in person or by fax that you deem appropriate.
Negotiating- I will negotiate any counter offers and advise you on all terms and conditions in the offer.
Home Warranty - Your home will have a HomeLife 1 year warranty added for your protection.
Home Inspection - You will be refered to a minimum of 3 home inspectors. After choosing your home inspector, I will be your representative during the inspection.
Pre-close - During this time I will look after the lifting of conditions, assist with the move and provide pre-closing consulting.
Post- Closing - Arranging to recieve Keys, post-close walk through to make sure everything is okay with the home.
The Brick - You will receive a discount certificate, good for 1 year at the Brick Furniture store.
